Year 2 travelled back to 1066 to meet Harold Godwinson and William the Conqueror for an unforgettable medieval experience. We then trained to become knights ready for the ultimate Battle of Hastings and protect our castle and king. We also learned about the different parts of a knight’s armour and got to hold some swords and shields!Â
